If this is your first time using our website all you need to do to order an
appraisal is click the Order Form button on the left side. This will allow
you to place your order. After we receive your order, we will enter you
into our system and issue you a username and password. A confirmation
email will be sent to you with the your information. From that point on, you
can log in your account with us by pressing the Client Login button on the
left side and view the status of your orders, place new orders, download
completed appraisals, and view any outstanding invoices. We also
suggest that you change your password by using the Tools button on the
top of your Client Menu. If you have any questions feel free to give us a
